I'm Pat, founder of NextStage Operations. We help service businesses stop running reactively and start running predictably - by installing a practical operating system: clear roles, documented workflows, and simple scorecards.
The work is practical and implementation-focused: reduce the daily noise, improve delivery consistency, and build a business that can grow without breaking (and becomes less owner-dependent over time).
